The fund was founded in July 2022. This was done because some donors did not have the opportunity to work with official authorities or private volunteers. The founders of the fund are Natalia Gorbenko, Oleksandr Mosin and Serhiy Kolesnyk. All have some experience in local self-government. Thanks to the synergy of efforts, serious prerequisites were created for attracting the maximum amount of resources for the residents of Mykolaiv and Kherson regions.
Thanks to the work of the fund, in 2022-2025 more than 223 million UAH of extra-budgetary funds were attracted, which were directed to the implementation of various humanitarian projects. The fund's activities took place in the following sectors:
- Food Security and Livelihoods (FSL);
- Protection (Ptotection);
- Shelter (Shelter / NFI);
- WASH (water, sanitation, hygiene).
The fund is actively developing, mastering new areas of work.
