As part of the collaboration between the “Shchedryk” fund and the Youth Policy Department of the Mykolaiv City Council, a training on took place. During the meeting, representatives of the patrol police informed participants about the latest changes and innovations in traffic rules, analyzing situations that may occur on the road to ensure safety for all road users.
One of the interactive activities involved participants experiencing the effects of alcohol on reaction and perception through “Drunk Busters Googles.” This tool illustrates the dangers of alcohol consumption.
Another important point highlighted by the patrol officers was the significance of reflective elements for road safety, especially in conditions of poor visibility.
