The NGO “Shchedryk” and the international organization ZOA continue to provide assistance to residents affected by hostilities in Mykolaiv region
Recently, our team visited Novohryhorivka in the Shevchenkivska community, which was never under the occupation of the Russian army but endured nearly nine months with the southern front line running through the village.
The settlement is semi-ruined: local houses are damaged, cars are wrecked, and social infrastructure objects are shelled. The locals who stayed in their homes despite everything now require special attention and care from us. We have received 48 requests for 5 cubic meters of firewood per family.
Each submitted request is carefully reviewed, and we are confident that together we can make positive changes in the lives of those who need it the most
