In April 2022, we started cooperation with WFP in the city of Mykolaiv and the region.
It was a very big and painstaking job – organizing delivery points, finding transport, ensuring its daily work, cooperation with several bread factories at the same time. And most importantly, during this time, a large family of volunteers of the “Schedryk” BF was formed. And we are very grateful to all our volunteers – nothing would have been possible without them!
Over the course of a year, our team managed to deliver and distribute to people more than 3 million loaves of bread and almost 2 million canned goods.
From March 1, 2023, the distribution of social bread in Mykolaiv will stop, but the scope of our work will not decrease – we continue to work in the villages of Mykolaiv region, in Kherson and Kherson region.
